The process includes automatic cutting and stripping, crimping-force monitoring, and 100% electrical continuity testing.

Materials are traceable by lot, and finished products are shipped only after passing both visual and electrical inspections.

Hyundai IONIQ 5
harness line.

On February 2, 2026, volume production of harnesses for Hyundai electric vehicles began at Thailand Plant 3. A 4,624 m² dedicated hall is under construction; production will remain in the existing building until it is completed.
